U Vape is committed to ensuring vape and cannabis products remain out of the hands of minors. In our continued efforts to do so, we require all customers to verify their age by submitting a current government issued photo ID document. Until your age has been verified, our website will appear blurry and you will not be able to add products to cart or checkout. Once verified, you will be able to shop as normal. Here's how it works:
New Customers
U Vape requires all customers to create an account and verify their age before shopping. Get started by clicking the Login button at the top right.
Existing Customers
If you’re a returning customer, you do not need to create a new account or verify your age again. Simply login to continue shopping.
HOW TO GET STARTED
Step 1: Create an account. You can do this by clicking the Login button in the menu.
Step 2: Verify your age. Upon successful account creation, you’ll receive an email asking you to submit your photo ID document. Please follow the steps in this email.
Step 3: You’re ID will be reviewed automatically. In the event we are unable to automatically verify your ID, you will receive an email letting you know it is being sent for manual review. This process is usually fairly quick, within 1-2 hours, but if you need it verified sooner, please call (902) 576-3666 and select option 2.
Step 4: You’re ID is now verified and you can begin shopping. Remember you’ll need to login every time you visit U Vape to shop online.
ABOUT THE AGE VERIFICATION PROCESS
U Vape does not handle or store your personal information, ID photos, or headshots.
All submitted ID’s are processed and encrypted via third-party using state-of-the-art SSL/TLS and AES256 Advanced Standard Encryption to protect your identity and images from unauthorized access and maintain confidentiality. Learn more about your security here.
During the verification process, you will be asked to upload a front and back photo of a piece of ID. You will also be asked to take a photo of yourself using your smartphone.
