I receive regular deliveries to my home. I have massive respect for the delivery people. Perhaps the delivery driver was having a bad day and whether I purchased insurance or not, I didn't appreciate my package being chucked at the door. Yes the pick appears in the proper spot but the bang that came at my door, startling three people wasn't cool.

So glad that they have this especially with the postal strike always looming
