All our orders ship from our warehouse in Dieppe, New Brunswick. We offer two shipping options for most Ontario orders:
We work hard to make sure all orders are processed as soon as possible. Typically, all orders ship within 24-48 hours.
Shipping rates for your package will depend on the exact distance it needs to travel, along with its size and weight. When you buy through our website, you’ll be able to see the exact shipping fees for your order before you place it.
All of our customers must verify their age by submitting a copy of one government-issued photo ID.
Please note: the address on your ID must match the shipping address you’ve selected for your products. Failure to submit the correct documentation will result in a refund, minus a $10 restocking fee and a $3 Interac e-Transfer return fee deducted.
Local delivery is only available in Halifax, NS and Moncton, NB at this time.
Taxes for our products are calculated based on the tax rates for the buyer’s province of residence. All Ontario orders are subject to the 13% HST.
In Ontario, an enclosed workspace is defined as any part of a building, vehicle, or other structure that has a roof, and which employees visit—even during off-hours. Delivery trucks, construction sites, and office buildings all fall under this definition.
