LOCAL DELIVERY FOR HRM RESIDENTS
Select local delivery in checkout, and receive SAME DAY delivery on orders placed before 10am AST, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 10am on Friday's will be delivered the following Monday. You'll also get bumped to the front of the line in our warehouse. Cost is $15 flat rate, no matter the order size.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post with tracking. Standard and Free shipping typically takes 1-5 business days for orders shipping to destinations in Eastern Canada, and 5-10 business days for the rest of Canada.
Choose Canada Post XpressPost at checkout, which offers a guaranteed 2 business day tracked delivery to anywhere in Canada, should you wish to receive your order sooner.

WHEN WILL MY MAIL OUT ORDER SHIP?
We make every effort to ensure speedy preparation and shipment of your order, and generally we ship all orders 24-48 hours.
Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following Tuesday.
