First Impressions of the STLTH Loop Max x Elf Bar Pods
It was easy to tell that the STLTH Loop Max x Elf Bar pods were different even before we unboxed them. The logos for both brands are clearly visible and given equal real estate on the box right above a clear compatibility warning that should prevent people from accidentally buying them for the wrong device.
As for the pods themselves, the shell feels well-made and slides into your palm or a pocket with zero resistance whether it's attached to the Loop Maxx or not. We loved the fact that Elf Bar opted to colour-code each flavour instead of just going with the same basic black.
The pods feel exactly like their traditional predecessors, with the same overall weight, shape, and soft-tip mouthpiece. Snapping them into place on the base takes just a few seconds, and then you're ready to go.

Charging & Setup
The USB-C charging port is located on the Loop Maxx device itself. The hefty 1,000 mAh battery charges from 0 to full in about an hour and should last you a day or longer. Older devices, like the STLTH Type-C, only come with a smaller 470mAh battery, so this is a nice touch.
The only real setup to speak of was sliding the pod into place. You should hear the magnetic connectors click into place softly if you have it seated right.
Using the Device
Draw Quality & Taste
The dual mesh coil kicked into action right away and delivered a clean, airy draw on the highest airflow setting. Tightening it up slightly produced a smooth and moderately restricted cigarette-like throat feel that sat somewhere between a relaxed MTL and a light RDL draw.
Activating boost mode added warmth, intensity, and denser vapour to each draw, but what truly made the experience special was Elf Bar's delicious flavours. Each one we tried felt layered and crisp without tasting artificial, metallic, or burnt, even after chain vaping.

Performance
Flavour consistency held up well from the first draw all the way to the last. The wick seemed to stay evenly saturated even with the device on Boost mode or after back-to-back pulls, but long sessions like these definitely chewed through the 20mL of e-liquid faster compared to STLTH's traditional 30mL pods.
The battery ran out long before the ~50,000 puff count for us, which is to be expected on a high-capacity pod like this. That said, you won't find many devices with a bigger battery than the STLTH Loop Max (1000 mAh) anyway, so this is to be expected.
Ease of Use
If you've used STLTH's standard Loop Max pods, you already know how to use the Elf Bar additions. Just snap the pod into place and inhale! Adjust the airflow between pulls or switch to Boost mode if you find the standard settings don't provide enough punch.
Pro Tips (Shortlist for Vapers)
- Longevity: Use Boost sparingly if you want to get the most life out of each pod.
- Pacing: If pulls feel dry, hot, or burnt, take a 10-minute break to let the pod cool down.
