All our orders ship from our warehouse in Dieppe, New Brunswick. We offer two shipping options for most Quebec orders:
We work hard to make sure all orders are processed as soon as possible. Typically, all orders ship within 24-48 hours.
Shipping rates vary across Quebec, and change depending on the size and weight of your items. To see the specific shipping rates for your order, enter your shipping information during the checkout process and click “Next”. You’ll be able to see your shipping costs before placing your order.
In Quebec, all delivery drivers are required to ensure that buyers of tobacco products are at least 18 years old before completing their deliveries.
We also take our commitment to keeping minors from using our products very seriously.
Please note: the address on your ID must match the shipping address you’ve selected for your products. Failure to submit the correct documentation will result in a refund, minus a $10 restocking fee and a $3 Interac e-Transfer return fee deducted.
At this time, the only city we deliver locally to is Halifax, NS.
The taxes we collect are determined by where the buyer lives. Quebec customers are required to pay 5% GST and 9.975% QST (Quebec Sales Tax) on all orders.
While the law prevents online sales of vaping products to minors in Quebec, it does not prohibit businesses based outside of Quebec from shipping flavoured vaping products to Quebec customers. We ship all of our flavoured products to Quebec customers who successfully complete the age verification process.
