All our orders ship from our warehouse in Dieppe, New Brunswick. We offer two shipping options for most Alberta orders:
We take care to ensure all orders placed through our website are prepared as quickly as possible. Most orders to Alberta will be shipped within 24-48 hours of placing them.
Shipping rates vary between different parts of Western Canada, and will also change depending on the size and weight of your items.
To see the specific shipping rates for your order, add your items to the cart, put in your shipping info, and go to the next page. You can see the estimated shipping rate and applicable taxes for your order before confirming.
All of our customers must provide a valid copy of one piece of current government-issued photo ID.
Please note: the address on your ID must match the shipping address you’ve selected for your products. Failure to submit the correct documentation will result in a refund, minus a $10 restocking fee and a $3 Interac e-Transfer return fee deducted.
At present, we only offer local delivery to customers in Moncton, NB and Halifax, NS.
We charge taxes on all sales based on where the buyer lives. In Alberta, you’ll pay 5% GST in taxes.
