The Caliburn X has a similar appearance to the previous Caliburn G, although it sports a more streamlined and ergonomic design. However, note that the Caliburn X also has its own UN2 Meshed Coil Pods.

The Caliburn X offers fast charging via the supplied USB-C charging cable. Users have reported being able to fully charge their device in under an hour.

We advise youneverto use a charger other than the one that came with your device, since that’s what it was designed to work with. Users who attempt to charge their Caliburn X faster by using a charger with higher voltage can damage the sensitive electronic components in their vape device.

The battery life of the Caliburn X will depend on your usage habits, since it’s a variable wattage device. In most cases, you should be able to vape for longer than a day on a single charge—and since the Caliburn X also has pass-through charging, you can keep vaping even while it’s plugged in.

As a variable wattage device, the Caliburn X allows you to set the output at anywhere from 5-20W. You can do this by:

• Pressing the fire button three times while the device is on
• The wattage on your device’s screen will start blinking
• Press the fire button while the wattage is blinking to raise it
• Press fire twice in a row to lock the settings

The black and white OLED screen on the Caliburn X displays the following information:

The coils that are compatible with your Caliburn X should each last for 20-25ml of e-liquid, depending on your usage habits and the specific e-juice you choose. To help your coils last as long as possible, always

• Prime new coils before use
• Avoid mega-sweet e-liquids
• Steer clear of chain-vaping

The Caliburn X works best with e-liquids that have a roughly even PG/VG ratio. The 1.2 ohm coil supplied with the device is excellent for mid-strength salt nic e-juices, and the 0.8 ohm coil can be used with freebase e-liquids and lower-strength salt nic juices.

The Caliburn X is designed to minimize the potential for leakage, but there are several ways to make your device leak by using it other than as intended. Avoid doing the following:

• Drawing too hard: the Caliburn X is designed to provide a medium-tight draw, so drawing too vigorously can force e-liquid into the mouthpiece before it has a chance to vapourize properly.
• Using PG-heavy e-liquids: In some cases, users have reported thin e-juices leaking from the bottom of the pods in their Caliburn X devices. E-liquid with high PG content is usually on the thinner side, so it’s best to stick with liquid that has a more even VG/PG ratio.

To prime a new coil for use in your Caliburn X device, put 4-5 drops of e-liquid on it and wait 5-10 minutes before using the device. This will give the wick time to become properly saturated, and reduce the risk of accidentally burning out your coil too fast.
