ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO AGE VERIFICATION
U Vape is committed to ensuring vape and 420 products remain out of the hands of minors. In our continued efforts to do so, we require all customers to verify their age by submitting a current government issued photo ID document.
Customers who fail the verification process will be refunded their purchase amount, less a $10 re-stocking fee and a $3 Interac E-Transfer return fee. For example, if your purchase total was $100.00, you would receive a refund of $87.00.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post with tracking. Standard and Free shipping typically takes 1-5 business days for orders shipping to destinations in Eastern Canada, and 5-10 business days for the rest of Canada.
Choose Canada Post XpressPost at checkout, which offers a guaranteed 2 business day tracked delivery to anywhere in Canada, should you wish to receive your order sooner.
CAN I GET MY ORDER DELIVERED LOCALLY?
Local delivery is only available in Halifax & Moncton at this time.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We make every effort to ensure speedy preparation and shipment of your order, and generally we ship all orders received by 2PM within 24 hours.
Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following Tuesday.
WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
