30 DAYS. NO HASSLES. GUARANTEED. YES, YOU READ THAT RIGHT.
We doubt you’ll have any problems with your purchases; however, we understand mistakes and oversights can happen. Sometimes it’s a manufacturing defect, poor battery life, or you just don’t like what you’ve paid for. No problem. For a period of 30 days from your purchase you can exchange your device for a new one or receive a FULL in-store or online credit. Physical damages to products void all warranties, express or implied.
DEVICE & DISPOSABLE WARRANTY CONDITIONS
To have a valid warranty claim on a device or disposable vape device, you must keep the product packaging/outer sleeve which contains the proof of purchase and authentication stickers. We cannot warranty devices or disposable vape devices without their original packaging.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER 30 DAYS?
After 30 days, we ask that you refer to the warranty card included in the device package or the manufacturers web site.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?
All coils, vape accessories, and most 420 products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranty. All Utillian 420 products come with a full one year no hassle warranty or return.
